When you use the availability form, WhatsApp link, email, or general contact form, you may provide your name, contact details, preferred stay dates, guest count, and message. Please do not send identity documents, card details, or other sensitive information through the general website form.
2. How information is used
Information is used to respond to your inquiry, help arrange a stay or requested service, and maintain necessary booking and guest communication records. J Ming Villa does not use this website to simulate live inventory.
3. WhatsApp and external booking channels
WhatsApp, Booking.com, Instagram, Google Maps, and other external services operate under their own privacy policies. When you leave this website, their terms and data practices apply.
4. Contact forms
The general inquiry form is configured for Netlify Forms. Netlify may process the submitted data to deliver it to the villa team. Spam protection may also be applied.
5. Data retention and access
Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for communication, booking administration, operational records, or applicable legal obligations. You may ask the villa team to correct or delete inquiry information where appropriate.
